Awful We bought a Chrysler 200 2012 recommend by the salesperson. In 4 months we have had to change the engine at a cost of $4600. We have had the car for a week and it died yesterday may 25 while running errands. Its is sitting in a parking lot not running. This is by far the worst car I have ever owned. I expect them to fix this at no cost to me. I know in the future I will buy my cars elsewhere. More

Came down to two dealerships in the end and Ed Tomko won my business. Aggressive yet not annoying- very clean cars with clean car faxes. Jerrol, salesman, made the deal work. North Olmsted Jeep/Dodge was competing with a 4-runner a year newer and less miles but car wasn’t detailed, needed alignment. Sales follow up was lacking and didn’t even ask me where I needed to be on cost. They were nowhere near the level of Jerrol/Ed Tomko. I’d buy again there. More
