Clint sold me my first Jeep 3 years ago, so of course I had to go back to see him and I’m glad I did, because he paired me up with Monti for this purchase and I’m sorry to say Clint...she’s 10x better ;) but seriously, they both are amazing. We had some issues locating the vehicle that I wanted and they had to call in a few favors to make it happen for me, over the course of 3 days, and throughout the entire process, Monti kept me up to date on where things were, what the next steps were, and also helped keep me sane and calm the entire time! All the while, she had 2-3 other customers coming in to see her, paging her over the PA, or out on a test drive with someone else. She never dropped the ball and her and Jeremy finally got me into the car that I wanted, with everything I had asked for, at the price that we had agreed upon and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled it all! HORRIBLE SLOW SERVICE !!! DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE !!! Why? Because of their service department. My Chrysler van broke down and was towed to the dealership on February DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE !!! Why? Because of their service department. My Chrysler van broke down and was towed to the dealership on February 7th, 2019. Engine problem, rated as a 3 day repair to replace a head. I got the car back on March 6th. FOUR WEEKS TO DO A THREE DAY REPAIR !!! It was apparently due to backlog of work in their shop. WHY BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER WHO CAN'T PROVIDE SERVICE??? I WOULDN'T !!! Rated as 1 star because there's no way to rate them as zero stars !!! More
