Bait and switch dealership Spoke to salesman about a 2016 TrailHawk. I had just purchased an Overlander and I specifically asked "I THINK the Trail hawk you have is fully loaded Spoke to salesman about a 2016 TrailHawk. I had just purchased an Overlander and I specifically asked "I THINK the Trail hawk you have is fully loaded like mine and I was wondering if there was any way I could find if in fact they did have the same options and if not what option did one have that the other didn’t." the salesman asked if I still had my window sticker. I sent it to him. He replied "Trail hawk has selec speed crawl control and off road group " I went up and purchased the vehicle. I then found that the vehicle I purchased was missing several options. I spoke with the salesmans manager who forwarded me "ALL" the copies of emails between me and the salesman. But he was missing 1 simple email, the email from the salesman stating "Trail hawk has selec speed crawl control and off road group " I forwarded it to the manager and he called me. We spoke on the phone and he said he did not feel where they misled me but I was welcome to speak with his boss. I left his boss a voicemail, no response, I called the next day and left a voicemail, no response. I went and showed up the next day on Sat. I met with him and he stated where he could see both sides and he had already "chastised his salesman for the email". We spoke further and he talked me into buying another Cherokee with more options at a higher price. I agreed. The following Monday was a holiday so they were to go get it and have it here on Tuesday. I got no calls all week until I got an email from him that Fridays saying he needed to talk to me that we needed to start over from the beginning because they sent their guy to go get it and "This Dealer in Ashville NC, Strung us along all week, our driver got there today and was told it was sold yesterday. The guy we have been dealing with was off and had no idea it was sold. I find it hard to believe. I have a call in to a dealer in TX that shows to have two in-stock so just bear with me." then he emails me and says I would have to pay $1000 to have it shipped to GA and pay an additional $1300 in more options. The paperwork was already signed! I proceeded to tell him I was done and to just write me a check for the original Overlander I had traded in because they had already sold it. I was told it doesn't work that way and I could pick up the TrailHawk and he wanted his loaner returned ASAP. (I had to take a loaner on the Sat I purchased the car that was in Ashville because "technically" I sold them my car at that point. As soon as they saw they were not going to get any more money out of me that was it. They wanted nothing to do with me simply because I traded in a 2016 Overlander that was PAID for and they thought they could keep squeezing more money out of me. Stay AWAY from this dealer they are not trust worthy! They will try to take you for every dime they can and when they find out you will not give anymore they get extremely rude, try to tell you its your fault (how could it be my fault if they sold me a car that they cant give to me?) and demand their car back ASAP. For the record the people that were mentioned in this review were Salesman Shawn Donald, Manager Jeremy Cloud, and Manager Jason Graham. The Sales Agent was very courteous and helpful and assisted me on getting a great deal on a very good car. The finance process was equally as good. Kool Keith was very personable and handled the financing portion very quickly, which was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. More

He is extremely knowledgeable about what he is selling (and his love and passion for cars are extremely evident) and goes the extra mile. I made this deal purely via email, (countless emails) which I’m sure from a car salesman's perspective is no easy task, plus I’m not very easy to deal with and he did so with grace and poise. He even had my new car delivered to me in my home state of South Carolina and picked up my old one (which I sold to the dealership), I never once had to visit the dealership. My car is a company car and for the deal to go through I also had to have an officer of my company sign my lease agreement as well as myself. And that person happened to be in Islamorada Florida at the time, Daniel Reece handled that hiccup no problem and had the lease agreement overnighted to Florida immediately. I can honestly rate him a 10/10 for his work on this. If anyone is ever in the market for Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Daniel Reece definitely is your man. Collision - Overpromised and Underdelivered Overpromised and underdelivered. I recommend that you do NOT take your vehicle to Ed Voyles Collision. I brought my Jeep in for minor repairs to the Overpromised and underdelivered. I recommend that you do NOT take your vehicle to Ed Voyles Collision. I brought my Jeep in for minor repairs to the driver and passenger door. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I was told that repairs would take approximately one week and I would receive a call the next day to confirm that time frame. Well, no one called the next day. In fact, I was told that I would receive follow-up calls about a dozen times and I only received two. Each other time, I had to call them to find out what was going on with the repairs. What was supposed to take 7 days, ended up taking 17 days! This is completely ridiculous. I can understanding a 1 or 2 day delay, but there is no excuse for 10 days. Because of this delay, I had to pay an additional $120 for a rental car and a vehicle registration late fee as I could not perform an emissions check while Jeep had my vehicle. I asked Jeep if they would perform the emissions for me, but they said it what be an additional 2 days and they would charge full price. This was just a horrible, misleading experience and they’ve even lost a new car sale because of it. More
