Dodge have the sale and they dont know or they dont want to deal with.i am going to go to another dealer ho knows about cars and clients. More

Jim took great care of us and made sure that our little toddler, age 20 months, was taken care of by sharing some crackers and getting him a balloon. We purchased a 4-door Wrangler there and had a great experience with the sales and finance team. With our purchase, the first few oil changes are free. Each time we have scheduled the Jeep in for an oil change, it took a minimum of 2 hours to get done. This is with an appointment! My wife and I decided it was better to pay $20 at another place rather than waste 2 hours on something that should take 30 minutes tops. I will say that one of the service people did offer to pick my pregnant wife up something to eat on an oil change that she had done last summer. We also "made an appointment" to have a recall done on the Jeep. We were told it would take up to 4 hours to complete. It took just over 6 hours and they do not offer a courtesy car or a discounted rental. We will not use this Service Center again if it can be helped even though our vehicle is under warranty there. Everyone was courteous and helpful – not in a “gotta be nice to the customers” kind of way but more in a “they actually enjoy working there” kind of way. They also had a HUGE selection of Wranglers – much more than the other dealerships I visited. I showed up at Ed Voyles Jeep in Marietta at 7:50 and they close at 8:00. My salesman was Matt Johnson. He did a fantastic job and he had extensive product knowledge. Matt is undoubtedly one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with – and I've dealt with quite a few (this Jeep was the 34th car I’ve purchased throughout my 27 years of driving.) Matt and several other employees (sales manager, finance, detailer, etc.) all stayed until I left at 11:00 PM!! It took us a while to agree on all the numbers (my trade, selling price, etc.) and not once did anyone complain about staying so late to finalize the deal. I was trading-in two vehicles and purchasing a new one. During the negotiations there weren’t any games, tricks, deceptions, etc. – it was just pleasant, friendly discussions. The final deal we both agreed to was very good for both parties. They beat a previous dealerships offer by $4k! I’m very pleased with the how I was treated at Ed Voyles Jeep. If you’re in the market for a Dodge, Ram, Chrysler or Jeep – do yourself a favor and give Matt Johnson a call. More

This is the second time I visit Ed Voyles and purchased my second vehicle. The first time I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 I had such a great experience that I went back three years later and bought a 20 my second vehicle. The second time I dealt with Royce Worley - Internet Manager, since I always do my research online before setting foot in the dealership. I called him and told him I was on my way, and by the time I got there the car was running with the A/C on and ready for a test drive--which I ended up doing all by myself while he assessed my trade-in. By the time I got back the trade-in was assessed and everything was done. I told him how much I wanted to pay per month, and their finance team was able to get it done with a low interest rate, and they paid off my truck even though I was about $2K upside on it. When I had to leave to go pick up my daughter from daycare, they let me take a loaner Charger while they prepped mine. When I got back Royce gave my daughter a pink balloon that 24 hours later, she cannot let go. The bottom line here is that Ed Voyles was good enough to get my repeat business, and they did not fail me the second time either. They are no nonsense, low-pressure, honest, and friendly. I have always hated buying a new car, and always get home very frustrated afterwards. This has never happened here, and I won't go anywhere else to buy a car. As a matter of fact, my wife will be buying her new Jeep Grand Cherokee here early next year. If you're in the greater Atlanta area, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or used vehicle.
