While visiting Atlanta from Florida the "Perform Service" and engine light on our Chrysler Town and Country activated. We were very concerned we had a serious problem so decided to take the car to Service" and engine light on our Chrysler Town and Country activated. We were very concerned we had a serious problem so decided to take the car to a local dealer. When we arrived at Voyles we were very impressed with size and look of the facility. John Peterson greeted us and we explained our situation. There was a two day back up of workload but John made a call and got us scheduled for early the next morning since we were out of town. We really appreciated it. As we talked through the issue, John said let me try something before you leave. He got something we now know is a code meter and within seconds diagnosed our problem. We had not secured the gas cap and air had got in the tank and caused the warning light. He reset the code and we were on our way with no need to return the next morning. We couldn't have been happier with John's attentiveness, friendliness and overall knowledge. He certainly is an asset to Voyles. More

I am absolutely in love with my new car!!! Jeff & Don were both such a pleasure to do business with! Jeff right off the bat was amazing to work with, he was in touch with me through out the whole sal were both such a pleasure to do business with! Don my salesman was great! He is a patient and very sweet man who wanted to make sure I left the lot with the exact car I wanted. He was extremely personable and treated as if I were his own daughter buying a car rather than just another customer. He made sure I was comfortable with my new Jeep before I drove off the lot. To my surprise, he helped me move my things from my old car into my new car with a smile and thanked me repeatedly for my business. I cannot say enough great things about either of these two men. I really hope in reading this, you will ask for Don Garner when looking to purchase your next vehicle. Working in an industry that uses similar customer feedback tools, I didn't want to jeopardize the rating of my dealership or overshadow the above mentioned superstars in any way leaving negative feedback about my first salesman. If you are approached or directed by Scott Lucas, I highly suggest you ask for another salesman, specifically Don Garner :) In the hour and a half I spent with Scott Lucas, He went from tolerable to absolutely awful to work with. I was treated as if I was some dumb female who couldn't afford a car on the lot and an all around inconvenience for him to have to "deal" with. Aside from his miserable attitude, I literally had to sell myself a car before he verbally insulted me to which I finally walked out of his office and asked for another salesman. After 20+ years with the company, it is clearly his time to switch careers or retire. I don't want to end this on a negative note. .
