I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler that I’ve been bringing to this shop for years for every service and upgrade. I even upgraded my radiator to a Mishimoto radiator here, and they handled the installation. Dustin, the service manager, told me I needed to buy a new engine, which would cost between $10,000 and $11,000. I agreed and had them install it. Less than two years later, with less driving than before, the new engine failed. I had the vehicle towed back to them because the engine should have still been under warranty. That’s when they falsely accused me of putting some kind of chemical in the engine. Let me be clear: prior to the new engine, I almost caught fire in this Jeep, and ever since then, I’ve been extremely cautious about monitoring the temperature gauge every single time I drive. Dustin claimed I put something in the engine that caused the internal parts to melt. How is that possible when I am constantly watching the temperature gauge? Their story kept changing—first it was about chemicals, then they stopped mentioning that and started coming up with other excuses. They gave me several phone numbers to call, but none of them helped. Months went by with ongoing arguments, but I travel a lot for work, which made it harder to stay on top of it. Recently, I received a letter from Gwinnett County Court about my car being foreclosed on. Ed Voyles has my phone number, my email, and my home address—all ways they could have contacted me to let me know to pick up my vehicle. They didn’t. Now, the court has approved for the tow company to sell my car while I’ve been away for work. I’ve spent at least $30,000 to $50,000 at this shop over the years. I even called the General Manager and other managers about this issue, and none of them ever returned my calls. Thanks for nothing. More

Our Ram Promaster was taken to Ed Voyles for a check engine light as this is the only Ram dealership in the Atlanta metro area to service the Ram Promaster. Vehicle was returned (towed) back to the dealership twice, the first after it immediately broke down on the highway after driving from the Ed Voyles service shop upon 'repair completion', nearly causing a fatal accident. The check engine light was still on and the service advisor admitted to never test driving the vehicle upon repair completion. The 8k in repairs conducted were completely unrelated and unnecessary to the original problem and the vehicle was returned (towed back) on two more occasions. The next repairs took longer than 8 months with a quoted cost of 1.8k to replace the PCM. Upon completion a bill of 4.8k was delivered. As a result of these ongoing repairs with no evidence of the issue being resolved, we have requested a full investigation into the numerous repairs be conducted. As a response, Ed Voyles is now threatening impoundment and collections if the bill is not payed in full and taken off the lot within a week. Service Manager's name is Tanner Jackson.
