This experience was quick and efficient. The tech (Hakeem) was very thorough and knowledgeable with his craft. I'm very grateful and honored on that day. The tech (Hakeem) was very thorough and knowledgeable with his craft. I'm very grateful and honored on that day. More
THE WORST TYPE OF DEALERSHIP HERE! ! 1. I bought my jeep from here in 2019 2. First time bringing it for service was in 2023, I hit a pot hole needed a new rack $ tie arm 3. This d ! 1. I bought my jeep from here in 2019 2. First time bringing it for service was in 2023, I hit a pot hole needed a new rack $ tie arm 3. This dealership took over a month to replace the rack 4. I get a weird text from Tanner Jackson discussing why my car is taking so long. He text me don’t get him in trouble but did not elaborate. I found this weird and very concerning. I immediately text his manager Dustin Garson showing him the text and expressing my concern - he just brushed it off saying Tanner was joking……🤔 5. A month and some change later I finally get my car back, went home parked it, come out the next day my BOTH THE BATTERIES IN MY JEEP ARE DEAD!!! THE EPS IS BLOWN!!! One Day!!! 6. I take it back and tell Ed Voyles. They say it was just time for both batteries to go, they didn’t notice or tell me at the time of service. THEY GAVE MY JEEP BACK WORST THAN I BROUGHT IT IN. IT WONT EVEN START. I end up on an email trail with Tanner Jackson, Dustin Garson, Kenneth Stewart and Jacob McCollum, they are all trying to brush it under the rug. My Jeep Is a 2019, bought off the lot with just 20 miles, now it has under 20,000 miles it was running fine before the pot hole, now after taking it to Ed Voyles I have all these electrical problems that they did not see, mention or fix at the time of service. After scheduling my service appointment 2 weeks in advance, Ed Voyles still ended up wasting an additional 5 days of my time by failing to 1) contact me with any status updates, 2) failing to call bac advance, Ed Voyles still ended up wasting an additional 5 days of my time by failing to 1) contact me with any status updates, 2) failing to call back on multiple occasions, and 3) failing to actually get my car’s multipoint inspection performed. Even though I had a prescheduled appointment, they indicated there would be a 24-48 hour delay due to being backed up at drop off on Wednesday. Then after 48 hours, they indicated they would need at least another day (72 hours) and that I wouldn’t hear about my car until Monday—leaving me without my vehicle over the weekend.. At no point did I raise my voice or become uncivil, and yet, I still had this very poor experience! After the onsite service manager failed to call me back in a timely fashion, I removed my car from the service schedule. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and quality communication/service! More
If I could give them a zero I would! I have left numerous messages for the General Manager Ken Stewart to call me as of this post he has not responded. I bought my first Dodge here in 20 I have left numerous messages for the General Manager Ken Stewart to call me as of this post he has not responded. I bought my first Dodge here in 2017 I have had nothing but problems over the years with this service department. I have alerted my salesman and service advisors that my truck skips. Every time I took it in for any reason I let them know. No one ever found a problem. Now I’m being told there are major problems and the estimate which I have not seen is 7 thousand dollars! I spoke to the Service Manager today Dustin Garson asking for help with my truck he was rude, and refused to help in anyway. I explained to him I was a cancer patient and that I have been a patient at the Ed and Dora Voyles Breast Center at Emory since 2017. He did not even know who Dora Voyles was nor did he know anything about the center. He showed no concern for me as a customer or as a breast cancer patient. Does anyone know what I can do? They obviously don’t care about their customers or the charities the company is involved in. More
I would give zero stars if I could. After almost four months of waiting to get my car repaired and countless lies, I need to share my experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but thi After almost four months of waiting to get my car repaired and countless lies, I need to share my experience. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this dealership has proven unethical and highly incompetent. I hope this review will help others from wasting their time and money with them. 10/6/2022 - I took my vehicle to the dealership because my HVAC (heating and cooling) wasn’t working. I was told the control head needed to be replaced. I had to pay $568 upfront to get the part ordered. They ordered the part and informed me it could take around 4 weeks for the part to come in because they were having trouble getting parts in.. which is understandable right now. Later when I looked at the bill for the part, I noticed they charged me $165 for labor on the part I had just ordered before any work to install it. 12/20/2022 - They installed the new part but stated it was “defective” and they needed to order another one. They said, “we can’t find another part within 1,000 miles, but we will get you one”, so I left my car at the dealership, hoping they would find another part soon. 1/20/2023 – Still no news of a new part; I gave up and decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere. After I asked for the refund, the manager on duty said that they somehow *magically* found a new part for me, and they could get it installed, and I would get my car back that same day! Biggest lie ever!!! I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to learn they did not get a new part in, nor was one installed, there never was a new part, and my car was not finished and ready for pickup. 1/21/2023 – I asked for a refund again, and they said sure, but it would take 7-10 business days for it to show up in my account. As of 2/13/2023 – 3+ weeks later… still no refund. In Summary: It has been four months of back and forth, terrible communication, zero transparency, lying about parts, installing defective new parts, mystical parts that appear and then vanish, the untruthful status of parts, and my vehicle being ready when it never was, and still no refund. I am exactly where I started four months ago. No AC or heat in my jeep in the middle of winter! More
