We had a great experience with Monti buying our new Wrangler! She made us feel super comfortable with no pressure. We felt good buying a wrangler from a fellow wrangler owner! I had some concerns about my truck and they not only picked up my truck, they performed the repairs (software updates to the PCM/TCM, factory amp, and radio) and even delivered my truck back to my house. 1st class service all the way around, I'll definitely be using this dealership for all of my service needs. F*** this STEALership. I have taken my Jeep there for the majority of its life, at this point 161,000mi. It’s a 2011 GC with max care warranty to 175k mi. Most of the work as been good. Some of the the majority of its life, at this point 161,000mi. It’s a 2011 GC with max care warranty to 175k mi. Most of the work as been good. Some of the work has been so bad it left me stranded while traveling, have had to have towed to a nearby dealership in whatever state. Most of them told me never to return to this dealership, based on the crappy work. Newest problem: they gave me a rental That my warranty was covering (mind you it isn’t a loaner, it’s the same as enterprise). THEY DO NOT INSPECT THE TIRES FOR BOLTS/NAILS/problems when you pick it up. I had a truck for a few days, drove it to 4 houses, all on heavily traveled roads around Atlanta. there was an automotive bolt in the tire, I had to swap to the spare because of a flat. THEY ARE TRYING TO STICK ME WITH $211 bill for the tire, when they gave me the truck with the bolt already in the tire. There is no where I’d pick it up from... that type of hardware isn’t used in houses and the likelihood of 1 individual picking up any given bolt on 285/Cobb pkwy/141/ Brookhaven is pretty low, compared to the likelihood of picking it up at a dealership. It is their responsibility to prove that the nail/bolt happened while I had it, if they want to be able charge me for a tire. The burden of proof falls on them. The only way they can do that is to inspect the tires, 360 degrees around before I pick up the rental. They DO NOT DO THIS and will not work with you/listen. More
Monti, is such a pleasure to work with. Even though it was very cold and rainy, she walked the parking lot over with my wife and I until we found the truck that worked for us. Overall with Monti and the was very cold and rainy, she walked the parking lot over with my wife and I until we found the truck that worked for us. Overall with Monti and the Finance manager it was about as good of a buying experience as it gets. Thank you for making us feel comfortable through the truck buying process. More

Day three and still no response from Ed Voles manager! A lot of text and random sorrys from random people but no answers. Corporate call tomorrow! Ed voles dodge in Marietta. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM! I bring my car in under warranty. 3 items were to be fixed, UNDER WARRANTY!Tell me I HAVE to have this one thing done or my engine will not work properly..... now they want me to pay 450. I asked what they did to correct the first 3 warranty covered issues. ... "I don't know. The Technician didn't document any of that." The only documented was everything that they wanted me to pay for nothing that was covered under my warranty. Then I come to pick up my car and there's no manager! that's right I see at least 10 service people working here and not one manager overseeing them on a Saturday unbelievable! I told them social media was going to be their worst nightmare please feel free to share I'll be calling corporate tomorrow More
Very slow and unethical I have purchased three vehicles from E Voyles' CDJ dealership, in Marietta, in ten years. I will no longer. We first purchased a long-bed diesel 4-doo I have purchased three vehicles from E Voyles' CDJ dealership, in Marietta, in ten years. I will no longer. We first purchased a long-bed diesel 4-door, in 2004. The air conditioning went out at 44,000 miles and cost us $5,000 over a period of three visits as they replaced everything without first looking for a leak. After replacing the compressor, fan, evaporator and A/C radiator, it still failed. So, I asked them if a leak test had been executed? No. It turned out to be nothing more than a failed flex hose connecting the evaporator to the compressor. The replacement service would have been about $250.00, including the diagnosis. In 2018 I bought a 2018 used (38,000 miles) short bed 4-door, diesel Dodge 2500. So far, no failures but, I purchased a long warranty. Next I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. So far, one window interior molding was replaced and the wipe-on-rain function has ceased. I took it in for an oil change at 3,100 miles. It took them three hours and I had to ask them if the car were ready, at the three hour point. It had been ready but the dealer's rep told me that they were under-manned and couldn't get to me, although it had been ready for hours. Well, at 11,000 miles (Full synthetic), I changed the oil and filter myself. Guess what I found??? The filter had stamped on it "Installed at the factory". That means that neither the oil or filter were ever touched and, the $82,000 purchase price included six free oil changes (yeah, sure!). In 2014, we bought a 2015, we bought a 2014 EcoDiesel Dodge from a different dealer. It had only 13,000 miles and all of the new car warranties, intact. Three weeks ago, we found that it would remote start but, when the key fob was in place (so that it could be operated), the engine turned off. Turns out, there was a recall that I never received. The truck has been at Ed Voyles for three weeks, and still not repaired. Truck service told me that they take vehicles on a first come-first served basis. The idiots KNEW there was a recall on this vehicle, for the very problem described and they couldn't even take five minutes to just TRY the key! So, finally, last Tuesday somebody got to the vehicle and, as you already have figured out, it was the recall problem. Did they order the replacement printed circuit board "Overnight", so that we could, at least, have one service vehicle, xxxx NO?! The stupidity and lack of thinking, on their part (and mine), is unacceptable. The 2014 is still sitting there, unusable! After spending about $180,000.00 with Ed Voyles, this is what you get. BEWARE. I do not see or recognize a single listing, below, of the persons with whom I have connected. Are you sure that you have the correct dealership? Nobody in finance, new cars, used vehicles or truck service are listed. I'll bet the list is so old that this is completely out of date! More

My Chrysler van broke down and was towed to the dealership on February DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE !!! Why? Because of their service department. My Chrysler van broke down and was towed to the dealership on February 7th, 2019. Engine problem, rated as a 3 day repair to replace a head. I got the car back on March 6th. FOUR WEEKS TO DO A THREE DAY REPAIR !!! It was apparently due to backlog of work in their shop. WHY BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER WHO CAN'T PROVIDE SERVICE??? I WOULDN'T !!! Rated as 1 star because there's no way to rate them as zero stars !!! More

Ed Voyles does not stand behind their repair shop work I would give zero stars if possible. They do not stand behind their repair shop work. My wife had a headlamp bulb replaced and the Ed Voyles repair I would give zero stars if possible. They do not stand behind their repair shop work. My wife had a headlamp bulb replaced and the Ed Voyles repair shop failed to replace the headlamp cover causing water to leak in over a period of time and the whole assembly shorted out. Drew Tutton the GM said "gee I am sorry but too long has passed since we worked on the light" therefore, he does not want to pay for the repair. It cost approximately $900.00 to replace the headlamp assembly. I will never do business with Ed Voyles again and will not purchase a Ram, Jeep or Dodge vehicle again. More
