After I visited them in October to fix a recall item, my vehicle began acting up. There were sounds coming from inside my dashboard beginning in early November. Then my engine light came on toward Thanksgiving. The rude service tech tried to convince me that I needed both a thermostat for the check engine light issue as well as mentioning that I needed an actuator which meant they would have to take apart the dashboard. I told him to just replace the thermostat. Well, they replaced it supposedly. Two weeks later I am driving with my family and the car starts smoking in the front. I called Ed Voyles and scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday. When I arrived, they did not even have me scheduled for an appointment. Failure #4. Then, wait for it. The service tech returns to tell me that my radiator is busted and it may have been from the old thermostat. If that was the case, why wasn't it mentioned when they replaced the thermostat? Because they want $$$$. He comes to tell me it will cost $900-$1000 to replace the radiator. No ma'am, they are not worth that at all. So, I filed a complaint on the better business bureau website and what does it say, this dealership has a D- score because they have 7 opened complaints in which they have not responded. I have been patient but now it is time for a lawyer and the media to reveal their unscrupulous practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
Honorable I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to write a negative review and that most people don’t take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to write a negative review and that most people don’t take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I would write a few words about my visit to Ed Voyles Chrysler in Marietta. Particularly the Body Shop. I brought a Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change but stopped off at the Body Shop first because I damaged trim on the rear. Gerami Henson, the manager, quoted me a repair price. Like all body shops the price depends on parts and the labor necessary to repair and install the parts. I felt that the repair labor was high but Gerami said if the labor was less he would make an adjustment. Yeah, sure! Who ever heard of a dealer charging you less than the price quoted. It’s always more. Paying less was never going to happen. A part had to be ordered and when I received a call from Melai Trout that the part had arrived, an appointment was set for the following Wednesday at 3:30 PM. I arrived a little early at 3:15 and at 3:29 the car was pulled into the shop and repaired. And exactly what Gerami promised, happened. The labor was less so Melai charged me less. Thank you Gerami and Melai. What an honorable way to conduct business. I have an appointment with the service department tomorrow morning for a mechanic to look at a broken seat part that should be covered under the manufacture’s warrantee. I will keep you posted as to what transpires. More

Ram Truck Damages I took my 2015 Ram Laramie Truck to Ed Voyles Dealership, 789 Cobb Parkway SE. Marietta, Ga. on 10/06/16 for warranty repair. Truck was purchased here I took my 2015 Ram Laramie Truck to Ed Voyles Dealership, 789 Cobb Parkway SE. Marietta, Ga. on 10/06/16 for warranty repair. Truck was purchased here, new 08-31-15 and used for personal use only, Truck in like new condition when I took in for warranty repair. While Truck was there a large dent and scrape on the door damage was done. This damage reduces the value of my truck. Dealership did not inform me of damage, I spotted the damage at time of pick up while still at the dealership and informed Service Manager. They kept the Truck for repair of damage. When I went back to pickup truck damage was still visible, I pointed this out to service writer, service manager and sales manager. Also noted on attached work order invoice. Was not able to get an answer on how repair was done. I have made several e mail attempts to 1. Obtain information detailing procedures attempted for repair. 2. Request payment for damage and reducing value of Truck. More
Collision - Overpromised and Underdelivered Overpromised and underdelivered. I recommend that you do NOT take your vehicle to Ed Voyles Collision. I brought my Jeep in for minor repairs to the Overpromised and underdelivered. I recommend that you do NOT take your vehicle to Ed Voyles Collision. I brought my Jeep in for minor repairs to the driver and passenger door. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I was told that repairs would take approximately one week and I would receive a call the next day to confirm that time frame. Well, no one called the next day. In fact, I was told that I would receive follow-up calls about a dozen times and I only received two. Each other time, I had to call them to find out what was going on with the repairs. What was supposed to take 7 days, ended up taking 17 days! This is completely ridiculous. I can understanding a 1 or 2 day delay, but there is no excuse for 10 days. Because of this delay, I had to pay an additional $120 for a rental car and a vehicle registration late fee as I could not perform an emissions check while Jeep had my vehicle. I asked Jeep if they would perform the emissions for me, but they said it what be an additional 2 days and they would charge full price. This was just a horrible, misleading experience and they’ve even lost a new car sale because of it. More

No one seemed t Ed Voyles has taken care of the repairs to my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 7 years plus. Multiple repair concerns developed last year! No one seemed to be able to diagnose proper repairs! Krissy Jones and her staff worked over and beyond to make sure the repairs were properly diagnosed and repaired at an affordable and fair price! Great job Krissy! More

I dropped the car off Tues afternoon for pick up Wednesday. They didn't start on it till Wed. At 1 o'clock I got the car back Thursday. Don't plan on it being done in a reasonable time! This the 3rd time I had similar experience. Since 2011 they have had 3 managers but have not improved from what I can see. All work has been done in a professional way, but I will try some one else who can keep appointments within reason. More
Worst Chrysler Experience The worst experience ever with a dealership. 1st time took my 300 in for a defective cylinder (recall). It took them 3 days to repair. At that time The worst experience ever with a dealership. 1st time took my 300 in for a defective cylinder (recall). It took them 3 days to repair. At that time there was 2 other recalls (that show up when entering the VIN) that are dangerous...1 dealing with brake wiring and the other dealing with airbag deployment wiring. 2nd time I took my car there, I had it towed over 21 miles (16 farther away from closest dealership) at my expense after being told they could handle the problem immediately. After 2 days I was told that they were so busy that they weren't even taking anymore service calls and that my car still had not been looked at. (rental car was my expense). After 4 days I called and as of 10AM my car still had not been looked at. At 11:00 I left messages on Service Managers and service tech voice mail not to touch my car that I would have someone pick it up. Miraculously between 10-12 my car went in for a diagnostic and was determined to be an alternator problem that would cost me $900.00. My awesome local mechanic was there to pick up the car and Ed Voyles would not release it because they said they never received any messages not to touch my car so they charged me/my mechanic $100.00 for the diagnostic fee or would not release my car. Service manager told me that he was doing me a favor by only charging me $100 that it usually cost more. I paid $500.00 to my local mechanic, which included the tow of 21 miles, the alternator, labor and the $100 fee to Ed Voyles. More
Entire experience has been terrible. Awful service. Bought a new, 2014 Challenger from there. Less than two months later there was a buzzing coming from the dashboard and one of the keys Awful service. Bought a new, 2014 Challenger from there. Less than two months later there was a buzzing coming from the dashboard and one of the keys only worked half the time. Two days after dropping my car off I had to call them and they said that it was ready. When I showed up it turned out that they couldn't recreate the problems, so they just didn't do anything. They handed me back one key, even though I'd given them tow. They didn't know where it was and Krissy Jones, who had told me the car was ready, had left for the day but they said they'd look for it and someone would call me tomorrow. No one did. Five days (and three voicemails) later no one had called or returned my messages. Finally I called and asked for a manager and he told me the key had been lost and I would have to come back in to get one. Did I mention I live 20 miles away? No apology, no accountability. Dropped off one car with issues and two keys, left with one car with issues and one key. Terrible service, no follow up, no accountability. Plan on making sure anyone who will listen--internet or in person--knows how little they care about their customers. More
