Ignorance and arrogance....BAD combination I made an appointment to have my 2012 Jeep checked out for an airbag issue (the airbag light has been on and supposedly its a "recall" issue). I ar I made an appointment to have my 2012 Jeep checked out for an airbag issue (the airbag light has been on and supposedly its a "recall" issue). I arrived at the dealership, stated my concern (for the second time) and was told to have a seat. TWO HOURS later I was told the service department was extremely busy and I couldn't wait for my vehicle and I needed to schedule another appointment. I attempted to ask why and the advisor said "LET ME FINISH!" in a very disrespectful way. He simply blamed the "new appointment system" ... I made another appointment for the following week and when I arrived, I had to re-state my reason for the appointment (THIRD TIME) and was told to have a seat. Again, TWO HOURS LATER, the same service advisor came in to tell me about the "diagnostic" that was completed on the vehicle, and began to talk about 2 OTHER findings, BUT DID NOT ADDRESS THE AIRBAG ISSUE. I was extremely frustrated and when I asked to see the "diagnostic report", he became hostile and stated "DUDE, I don't tolerate your attitude!"....This PUNK called me "DUDE" ( I am a 50 year old highly educated corporate executive with 3 grown children..)... I asked to speak with a manager and while she seemed to be listening, she offered no apology or solution. I contacted the dealership (via web site) and have not received any response...it seems that my safety (as well as my satisfaction with the service) IS OF NO CONCERN to the leadership of this organization. I would have thought that given the multi-million dollar lawsuits involving car manufacturer defects, someone would have tried to get this serious issue resolved. .I WOULD NOT do business with this organization; if senior management is not willing to take action based on a customer issue, they have no leadership and will eventually fail. We purchased a 4-door Wrangler there and had a great experience with the sales and finance team. With our purchase, the first few oil changes are free. Each time we have scheduled the Jeep in for an oil change, it took a minimum of 2 hours to get done. This is with an appointment! My wife and I decided it was better to pay $20 at another place rather than waste 2 hours on something that should take 30 minutes tops. I will say that one of the service people did offer to pick my pregnant wife up something to eat on an oil change that she had done last summer. We also "made an appointment" to have a recall done on the Jeep. We were told it would take up to 4 hours to complete. It took just over 6 hours and they do not offer a courtesy car or a discounted rental. We will not use this Service Center again if it can be helped even though our vehicle is under warranty there. Thank you Krissy for taking care of my Jeep today! I just needed an oil change and a few minor things looked at and I was made to feel as though my Jeep was the most important vehicle in for service! F just needed an oil change and a few minor things looked at and I was made to feel as though my Jeep was the most important vehicle in for service! From the warm welcome to the great coffee in the waiting area, it was a great way to spend the morning. I even got a chance to talk to my sales person, Tyler Dimmig, who has always taken good care of me. It's always a pleasure visiting a dealership where you are treated like family! More
We were traveling from Florida to Illinois on vacation on a very hot day in June. The A/C quit working in our Jeep Grand Cherokee, which we had just purchased new in November. I looked up a Jeep dealership a very hot day in June. The A/C quit working in our Jeep Grand Cherokee, which we had just purchased new in November. I looked up a Jeep dealership on my phone that would be close to the route we were traveling. I found the Ed Voyles dealership and called them to explain our situation. We wanted to get the air fixed, but did not want to be held up too long on our trip. They told us to bring it in, and directed us how to get there. They found the problem and fixed it, and we were in and out of there in a very timely manner! They were very helpful at getting us back on the road quickly, and we were able to be cool the rest of the trip. We are very appreciative of their service! More

I brought my wife's Handicapped Chrysler Mini Van in for service to Ed Voyles on Thursday, May 30, 20012. Both the 3000 mile maintenance service and detail service was outstanding. She had a card for a fr service to Ed Voyles on Thursday, May 30, 20012. Both the 3000 mile maintenance service and detail service was outstanding. She had a card for a free detail from a past service manager and Service Advisor Mike Mazzatenta took it to his manager, Scott Copland, and he approved it for her. My wife is a paraplegic in a wheelchair. She was the victim of a violent crime and was shot thru the spinal cord getting out of her car in a parking lot where a drug deal was happening in another part of the parking lot. When I brought the car home for her to see and explained what they did for her she broke down, because rarely does anybody do something as thoughtful without her having to plead for it. Thank you both, and Ed Voyles Dealership, for what you did for my wife. More

While visiting Atlanta from Florida the "Perform Service" and engine light on our Chrysler Town and Country activated. We were very concerned we had a serious problem so decided to take the car to Service" and engine light on our Chrysler Town and Country activated. We were very concerned we had a serious problem so decided to take the car to a local dealer. When we arrived at Voyles we were very impressed with size and look of the facility. John Peterson greeted us and we explained our situation. There was a two day back up of workload but John made a call and got us scheduled for early the next morning since we were out of town. We really appreciated it. As we talked through the issue, John said let me try something before you leave. He got something we now know is a code meter and within seconds diagnosed our problem. We had not secured the gas cap and air had got in the tank and caused the warning light. He reset the code and we were on our way with no need to return the next morning. We couldn't have been happier with John's attentiveness, friendliness and overall knowledge. He certainly is an asset to Voyles. More
I have given the Ed Voyles Jeep dealership the highest possible rating because I showed up at 7:00 p.m. last Wednesday with my overheated Jeep on a tow truck, and Mike Mazzatenta not only took time to hel possible rating because I showed up at 7:00 p.m. last Wednesday with my overheated Jeep on a tow truck, and Mike Mazzatenta not only took time to help me (even though it was closing time), he found me a loaner car to drive, which I didn't think was even possible! It was too late in the day to get a rental car, and I had a really important job the next day that I was going to have to miss with no car to drive - and because Mike went way beyond what anyone else would have done, I was able to go do the job the next day driving the car they loaned me. Also, it was a really nice car, a Dodge Journey, and I was able to keep it while my car was being worked on, so I didn't have to miss work. I just can't say enough about how much I appreciate the way Mike treated me. It was closing time, and he really took care of me. I will recommend this dealership, Ed Voyles Jeep, to everyone. More
We (My husband and I) purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2008. I absolutely LOVED my van and kept it in top notch condition the best ways possible. Regular oil changes, general service, and sche Caravan in 2008. I absolutely LOVED my van and kept it in top notch condition the best ways possible. Regular oil changes, general service, and scheduled maintanance, etc... However it seemed that issues kept arising. Multiple changes of the brakes and rotors as well as heater replacement and air conditioning which were two seperate issues to my surprise and the sliding doors seemed to always freeze when retracting. To top it all since I've had the van (from April 2008- present) the backup camera has worked literally a handfull of times. We went to the Chattanooga dealership numerous times to have the backup camera issue resolved. Long story short the camera still isn't working. After I contacted Chrysler Corp. arrangements were made to have the camera replaced with my out of pocket expense being a $100.00 deductible. This camera was installed 05/2011. The camera still doesn't work - needless to say Crown Chrysler of Chattanooga is still trying to contact Chrysler Corp. as we were last advised "to see what can be done next," as per Willy. Upon the continuation of my life we were blessed to move to Marietta GA where I thought I would add chapters to this NIGHTMARE regarding my van. On 02/22/2012 I called Ed Voyles and spoke with Stacy M. as it was time for our oil change and I had an issue with the brake lights staying on from time to time and of course I had to mention the BACKUP CAMERA issue. She was so thorough in documenting my concerns over the phone and set me up for an appointment that day at 8:45AM. Upon arrival my van was taken into the service area where I watched a 23 point inspection take place. I was shown all my actual fluids and what they should look like in addition to a walk around inspection to check for other areas that may need service. I was literally blown away because of the 3 other Dodge Dealerships I've taken my van to for service I have never seen anything like that before. Then Stacy goes over the notes she had made with me over the phone and verifies that the backup camera is still under warrenty and she can even see there in the shop that it is not working. She suggests that since these areas may take some time to work on that I should allow there shuttle to take me home and they will bring me back once the van was ready. I received the most unexpected OUTSTANDING Customer Service imaginable. Although the backup camera was not in stock she has arranged to have me return to the shop once it arrives for it to be installed and the shuttle service have already been offered to me for my convienence. I am hopeful that it will work this time it's installed as I am no longer having the issue with the break light staying on anymore due to the repairs they made. Thank you and I wish that everyone could experience service like this. More
