Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received in the Ed Voyles service department this morning. Your service manager named Christie was great and very helpful, but what reall service I received in the Ed Voyles service department this morning. Your service manager named Christie was great and very helpful, but what really impressed me was that the General Manager of the Dealership walked through the service department very quickly and still had the awareness level to spot me from across the room looking as if I had not been helped. Now if I could only get my almost 300 employees to show that kind of attention to customer service, life would be grand. More
