I went to Ed Voyles Honda (used/pre-owned department). I needed to replace my car as a result of a car accident and my car was totaled. When I walked in I was greeted by Deni Hall. Little did I know what I needed to replace my car as a result of a car accident and my car was totaled. When I walked in I was greeted by Deni Hall. Little did I know what a blessing she would be to me. She not only made sure I found the right vehicle for me, she was patient and really listened to my concerns that I had been dealing with since the accident. All the staff at this location were extremely kind and courteous. I made the right decision by going to Ed Voyles to replace my vehicle. One reason we recently purchased another Honda is because we love and trust our service department advisor. Marvin is thorough, explains what needs to be done, and gives us cost estimates up front. As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well.
