We made an appointment @ 10:00am for diagnostic work related to O2 sensor (we've replaced at least 3, maybe 4 of them since buying the car in 2006 from Ed Voyles, and the last one had just failed after related to O2 sensor (we've replaced at least 3, maybe 4 of them since buying the car in 2006 from Ed Voyles, and the last one had just failed after about a year). When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were told that we would need to leave the car - something we were not told when making the appointment days before. They also said they were 'backed up' and it would take at least a couple of hours to 'work through' the back-log of oil changes and other things. We made it clear that we couldn't wait a couple of hours, and inquired as to when could we reschedule to have the work performed in a more reasonable time frame. We were informed that their availability to do the work in a short period of time was hit-or-miss, and we should just drop by and check to see if they're busy or not. Furthermore, they would have to 'dig deep' into the car to figure out what was wrong and that could take three or four hours in and of itself. Lesson learned: appointments mean nothing to Ed Voyles Honda Service Department. Find someone else to do the work because Ed Voyles Service Department appears to only be interested in what makes them cash quickly and easily. More

I was looking for a Honda accord, which is what brought me to this dealership. When I drove up Ivory asked me what make vehicle I was looking for. I was looking for a 2nd car and I wanted a specific year me to this dealership. When I drove up Ivory asked me what make vehicle I was looking for. I was looking for a 2nd car and I wanted a specific year Honda accord and I wanted a manual transmission. Ivory told me that they did not have one on the lot or in their inventory. He however asked me if I was willing to be flexible and suggested a Nissan Altima with low mileage. I already had my mind made up that I wanted a Honda, but I would be willing to look at the car. I had already driven a long distance, so what did I have to lose. Why not go and take a look at it, since I was in the area. Ivory took me to one of their other dealerships and I was amazed and surprised that I liked the appearance of the car---that was NOT a Honda! After test driving the car, I told Ivory that I did surprisingly ,really liked the car!!! What a shock!!! as I am a hard sell and once my mind is made up---my mind is made up. So I told Ivory that even though, I liked the car, I as going to think it over before I made a decision. Before I left, I gave Ivory my personal info and met with Chasen, just in case I decided to go through with a deal. Both Ivory and Chasen were extremely no-pressure and I liked that. Once I left the dealership, and had time to think it through, I called Ivory and Chasen and gave them the go-a-head to start structuring a deal. That was on a Sunday. On Monday they had me a deal together ready for signing. I could not make it back to the dealership on Monday due to scheduling issues. But I told Ivory that if they had the figures that I was looking for, that all I needed to do was to drive out during my lunch-break, look it over and sign. And that's exactly what happened. Ivory and Chasen made the whole process so seamless and fast that the whole experience was absolutely phenonmenal!!! I am a female power shopper and have made many car deals, but this was an awesome and fast and professional experience like no car experience I've ever had. Their no-pressure approach along with the fast service gets my vote. And I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience. And in the end I got a car that I didn't even know that I really did want! GREAT JOB!!! More
