I have to say, in my lifetime, I had the best car buying experience ever this week at Ed Voyles Honda. My car of 9 years expired, and I was worried about purchasing a car and having an expensive car payment. My sister recommended I visit Ed Voyles Honda and talk with Chason Pendley. Chason Pendley is by far one of the most genuine, kindest, and most honest persons I have come to meet in business. Chason and his team did not try to force me into any vehicle. They spent time reviewing my choices. Based on my needs, Chason provided me a great deal on an exceptional Honda. Once I decided on the vehicle, I called and asked if they could have all the details worked out because I only had a window of a couple of hours to come in and complete the deal (as I know it can be a long process). When I arrived, everything was in order. The paperwork was ready for me to sign, and I was finished with the entire process in less than 1 hour! I drove away feeling excited! Most importantly, I was satisfied with my purchase and that I had been treated with respect. Chason is an honorable businessman and he put to rest my fears and worries about buying a car.
