My service advisor, Greg Shedrick, has not only been easy-going & approachable...but extraordinarily patient [not easily agitated or irritated] with my ignorance of "under-the-engine 'things' " as he has attempted to simplify some of the information for me. His mild-mannered demeanor & discerning, "we're gonna take care of you" attitude has always been "calming," especially during a major repair! Also noteworthy, twice during [vital] service repairs, both service advisor & service manager (Ed Price) have gone "beyond the call of duty" to solve an urgent car-related need, for which I will always be immeasurably grateful!
