Always good service but this time they did not reset radio and phone after they replaced battery. Justin was great! Listened to what I was wanting and wasn’t pushy about overselling me on anything. The dealership offers very competitive rates compared with the MSRP rates shown on Honda’s website. Hard to get exactly what you want in terms of lead times, but that seems to be the case with most of the big manufacturers right now. Finance was very pushy in the classic dealership way which we didn’t appreciate, but this didn’t reflect negatively on Justin at all since he was willing to listen and work with us on anything and everything.
