We were immediately greeted on our first trip over by Jackie who answered some basic questions on the changes to the 2018 Accord from my older model Accord. Jackie, who was waiting for a scheduled appointment to arrive, graciously introduced us to Linda Strickland who took us under her wing from there. We told Linda what our needs where and she immediately found us several cars to test drive to weigh out the options. As we test drove, I was impressed with Linda's complete knowledge of the car as she pointed out features and explained the thought behind it. Once we decided on what we wanted, Linda went to work to find it for us and deliver it to us much sooner than we expected. Linda is an excellent teacher, too. She acquainted me with all the functions on the car in a straight forward, simple way the allowed me to feel confident as I drove off on my own ! An excellent experience from beginning to end.
