Express Service Oil Change Pulled up to get an oil change, was greeted by a service guy who advised me that an oil change would be 2 hours so I advised I would have to come back Pulled up to get an oil change, was greeted by a service guy who advised me that an oil change would be 2 hours so I advised I would have to come back after I eat lunch. I returned and stood there outside my car while a few service people just looked and was finally greeted by Ron. He was friendly and helpful. He advised it would take 90 minutes so I advised him that I couldn't wait and would need a ride back to work. Charles was very kind to take me back to work. He returned later around 4pm to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Ron even tried to get my vehicle serviced for the passenger airbag repair but I couldn't wait for that so we setup an appointment. All in all, the service was good. More
