We are very regretful that this customer is unhappy with our dealership. We strive to make our customers shopping experience transparent and enjoyable. In this case the customer called in on a fresh trade in vehicle that was online and asked why the price was higher than they previously saw online. The salesperson explained that the vehicle was in the shop being repaired and reconditioned, thus the vehicle pricing was updated to reflect the higher cost of the vehicle. This was explained to the customer prior to them entering the dealership. In the automobile business vehicle prices can adjust up or down depending on expense structure. Our dealership always honors the latest vehicle pricing online. We will always go out of our way to find another vehicle that fits the customers needs and budget.
