Poor customer service they left my car outside unlocked not me and now they will not take responsibility for my loss. Terrible customer service, do not take your car here nor would I buy one here. I for sure wanted BEWARD OF TODD HOWARD - SERVICE DEPT. I went in on Friday 04/09/2021 around 11am and stated I needed an alignment and front breaks. I for sure wanted an alignment because I had just had 4 new tires put on Monday. TODD HOWARD asked me what made me think I needed brakes, I explained my concerns and he asked if I could leave it with him and that he could have it done by around 2pm. His plan was to do a multi-point inspection to see what they found instead of making a guess. Said as long as I was no more than 15 miles he could have their shuttle (lyft) take me to my destination. I asked how much the inspection was and he said don't worry about it because the alignment is about 70 bucks and will cover it since I for sure wanted the alignment at least. Fast forward I get home, receive a call around 2pm with what they found Two flushes, break and coolant Left rear wheel bearing Valve cover gasket (leaking) He said my breaks were at 6mms and they didn't need to be replaced He suggested resurfacing the rotors which would be $150 but they couldn't say if that would resolve the vibrating until they put everything back together. I said it didn't make since if the break job was $250 and it wasn't a guarantee. Since I came in for breaks and an alignment I asked him what was the priority and to repeat everything with pricing because he spewed it off so fast. He said for sure the valve cover gasket and left rear wheel bearing and that it would be $340. I asked him how much for the alignment and he said oh don't worry about that its included because if we do the other two services you have to do an alignment. Mind you I'm not at the shop this is all over the phone. I asked him several times, what the total would be and he kept saying $340. I said okay. To be sure of the pricing I hung up with Todd and called Ricky Jordan's Auto Repair specifically asked for a quote on left rear wheel bearing and valve cover gasket and he said $550. So I'm thinking hhhmm its odd you would be more than the dealership but okay. The next day I called and spoke with ED PRICE the manager and explained everything I stated above. He said he would get a print out of the write up, see what's going on and call me back to see if we could get this resolved. It's now been over a week and I have not received a follow up call. I called him the following Monday and Tuesday, left voicemails and still no call back. Todd did not break the price down and tell me the correct total. WHY would I hang up with a quote of $550 from another repair shop and accept almost $1000 repair cost there?! Not to mention I was not there to even confirm the validity of these said high priority repairs. My car still vibrates and pulls to the left (passenger side) and as a bonus they did an inspection and couldn't even bother to put windshield washer fluid in. Bottom line Todd was either rushing or too busy and he failed to communicate the pricing correctly either intentionally or unintentionally. Then Ed failed to follow up basically ignoring the situation. Even if he would have called and said it was nothing they could do, its the lack of resolve for me. IT'S BAD PRACTICE AND BAD BUSINESS. I understand I'm just one of many customers but this situation is unacceptable. I would NOT have approved the repairs had I been told the correct pricing. NEVER EVER leave your car before the inspection is complete and you have seen the COMPLETE write up of cost because they are shady. I would even go as far as to have them show you on the vehicle what they found because that's what a good mechanic does. I've sat there for 2+ hours before for a simple oil change and would have gladly sat there for the inspection but Todd was so sure that everything would be fine and he could get me shuttled home so I didn't have to wait. Which now seems this just gave them more time to get to my car when they could. I hate that he's the one that walked up to my car because he's not the person I usually deal with and its cost me greatly, loss of money, unnecessary stress and MY CAR IS STILL NOT DRIVING RIGHT. Wife dropped car off for oil change, come to pick it up with a $545 charge. No phone call, no quote. This is absolutely unacceptable and honestly ludicrous that one can assume a customer is okay with a $50 with a $545 charge. No phone call, no quote. This is absolutely unacceptable and honestly ludicrous that one can assume a customer is okay with a $500 hike on their oil change without any customer confirmation. More

In these difficult times, it’s so refreshing to do business with a company that cares and does everything they can to make the process as stress-free as possible. I called David Manner and he offered business with a company that cares and does everything they can to make the process as stress-free as possible. I called David Manner and he offered to pick up and deliver my car (since I live within 15 miles). They picked it up, brought a loaner and returned it the next day. When it was returned it was washed and vacuumed. They obviously took very good care of my vehicle and went above and beyond with sanitation. The whole process couldn’t have been easier! More
Service Department Review 2017 Accord Took my Honda Accord in for an oil change, tire rotation and to replace a damaged tire. When I initially called, the person that answered the phone to Took my Honda Accord in for an oil change, tire rotation and to replace a damaged tire. When I initially called, the person that answered the phone told me they would not honor the warranty I bought from the Honda dealer in Kansas City. However, we called and spoke to a different person and they could honor the warranty. This indicates that there's an issue with personnel not knowing what they can or cannot do. We did get the tire replaced and they did honor the warranty (purchased from Honda dealer in Kansas City). The service staff was very friendly and helpful, but it took a rather long time for me to get the car. They called me, took me about 35 minutes to get there, but the car wasn't ready for me to pick up. I also noted that other cars had been washed, but they didn't bother washing mine. Not that big of a deal, but they need to maintain consistency. I noted that my Honda OEM wheel lock tool was missing. The last time it was used was when I took the car in to this dealer for a tire rotation and oil change last year. If you have wheel locks on your car, take them off before you go in. I'm positive that whoever rotated the tires last year (2019) failed to put it back. I had to ask them to remove the wheel locks, (the mechanic threw them out without asking if I wanted them) but no one made an effort to replace the tool or to see if there was one that would fit. My expectation is that if they kept my wheel lock tool, then they should replace it. Now I'm stuck with wheel locks I can't use and it appears I can't replace the tool!!! Had the car been ready when I arrived, I may have given them 4 stars. I will say the professionalism of the service staff is great. I do plan on replacing this Accord in November with an SUV Hybrid (Rav4 and CRV are primary options), but it seems Honda dealers in the Atlanta area get relatively low reviews. This dealer will have to work hard to convince me to buy my next car from them as the dealer I used in KC (Jay Wolfe) set high standards that seem to be missing in the ATL area. More
