Service is adequate April is hands down the very best customer service rep I've worked with in the service dept. She's far more responsive than most of the people in the April is hands down the very best customer service rep I've worked with in the service dept. She's far more responsive than most of the people in the department and I appreciate that when I called, she returned calls without me having to call multiple times. That said, my experience with the service department on this visit and visits in the past is that customers are viewed as interruptions to the work day who need to wait until it's convenient to deal with us. That's why I will come to the dealership for warranty and recall issues but go elsewhere for maintenance. More

The staff went over everything they did and made sure I was 100% happy before I left.
