Service Department I have been bringing my Hyundai Genesis to Ed Voyles for service since I purchased the car as used from another dealer. Always a pleasant experience. I have been bringing my Hyundai Genesis to Ed Voyles for service since I purchased the car as used from another dealer. Always a pleasant experience. I think it is a reflection of the hiring process and the people themselves. Good employees make for quality work. This trip was just for an oil change. I used to do all my own changes, but, by the time I purchased the oil and filter, did the work, cleaned up, I found it a better value to have it done here. Do not take your car for oil change anyplace else! You will be charged more and could be talked into service you don't want or need. More

She's always available to schedule my appointments, whether same day or future, and she goes far and beyond her normal duties to make sure her customers are satisfied!!! If ever you're visiting the Ed Voyles Hyndai dealership for service, ask for Cathy Stump for the Best service experience EVER!!! She has the most pleasant personality and always greets you with a warm smile!! And last but not least, my Sales experience was great also! I deal with Dewayne Brewer and Sandy Brown. Their very thorough also in asking any questions you may have and helping you make the right decision with your purchase or lease. This location has been my Best overall experience by far!! More

Great Experience I had a scheduled appointment for new brakes. I pulled up and my car was taken back for service within 5 minutes or less. My service rep April is al I had a scheduled appointment for new brakes. I pulled up and my car was taken back for service within 5 minutes or less. My service rep April is always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Since I was dropping my car off, I was about to call Uber/Lyft when April told me about their shuttle service. Jerry dropped me off at work and came back that afternoon to pick me up. Jerry made the ride enjoyable with his conversation. I was also impressed with the length of time to replace my brakes. The service was done so efficiently that there was little interruption to my work day and meetings. More

review Kathy was great. I have owned the vehicle since 2014 and she showed me features I did not know about. So that was great, but technician failed to upda Kathy was great. Don't buy or lease from this location This is the 2nd vehicle I leased from Ed Voyles Hyundai is less than 2 years. I love my vehicle however, the service advisor and the General Manager This is the 2nd vehicle I leased from Ed Voyles Hyundai is less than 2 years. I love my vehicle however, the service advisor and the General Manager should be ashamed of how they treated me as a loyal customer. My vehicle has less than 6000 miles so for them to tell me I do not still have bumper to bumper coverage under warranty and with the extended warranty I purchased is horrible. The GM made no effort at all to make things right, he was downright rude and disrespectful.... He basically told me to kiss his behind and then he walked away. I will never get another vehicle from them... I'm Hyundai for life, but they won't get anymore business from me! More
