Great Service I work at HCA & Donlen manages our employee car fleet and chose Ed Voyles Hyundai as a vendor to deliver and service their cars. For the past 2 years I work at HCA & Donlen manages our employee car fleet and chose Ed Voyles Hyundai as a vendor to deliver and service their cars. For the past 2 years Rob Stover (no longer employed here anymore) and Cathy Stump have always professionally handled my service repairs. They've listened to my concerns and informed me of when I should get servicing vs. when I don't need it now. Though these repairs aren't at my expense, they find a cost effective way to get them completed with Donlen's approval. Donlen can be quite difficult to deal with, but Cathy patiently buffers out their "drama" and filters out what I really need to pay attention to in regard to my 2015 Tucson's safety & service. For the most part my wife & kids ride in this car all the time, so I want to ensure they're riding in a safe & well serviced employee car at all times. Cathy helps me keep that goal & promise. If I were to ever purchase a Hyundai for myself, I would take it back to Ed Voyles Hyundai for servicing just for this reason. More

Once again Great Service from Cathy & the Team Cathy always goes above and beyond. I trust her and won't schedule an appointment unless she's my Service Rep. Warranty work I brought in my new Santa Fe for warranty work. I was told the work would take two hours so decided just to wait at the dealership. Three hours late I brought in my new Santa Fe for warranty work. I was told the work would take two hours so decided just to wait at the dealership. Three hours later I checked with my service advisor and was told the glass repair shop need another hour. Luckily the driver was at the dealership and I received a ride to our daughter's home rather than wait any longer. Two hours later I confirmed that the repair was done. If I had known the work was going to take over five hours I would have made other arrangements. As always the service representative was very cordial and apologetic for the inconvenience, but should have checked first when the car came in to determine approximate service time. As usual the work was done very well. More
2 recalls & other repairs This was my second time going to Ed Voyles for recalls (hood latch & engine recall). Also, fuel door wouldn't stay closed and seat belt was shredding This was my second time going to Ed Voyles for recalls (hood latch & engine recall). Also, fuel door wouldn't stay closed and seat belt was shredding. Both recalls and fuel door actuator was replaced; however, seat belt part had to be ordered. Came back in in two days and seat belt was replaced. Both visits were 2-2 1/2 hours long; however, the service adviser, April, did an excellent job keeping me apprised, as well as, other customers of where our service time stood. More
