Waste of time and money. Took my car in because it seemed to be running rough. Had already had a tune-up done prior to visit. Was told that I needed an alternator. I declined Took my car in because it seemed to be running rough. Had already had a tune-up done prior to visit. Was told that I needed an alternator. I declined and took my car to a different auto repair shop. Was told that I did NOT need an alternator and that the cap on the alternator had not been taken off previously - so don't know how your mechanic decided it needed to be replaced. More
very impressed what made me have a positive experience with Ed Voyles Hyundai Kia was Robert Baptiste . I had to have my kia toll in to have work done and i was given a loner car and i got a flat tire and i call kia to get roadside help and they never show up so my daughter and i was stranded at a parking lot at night and the service department had left for the day i was transfer to hyundai sales department i spoke with robert and i was VERY UPSET he took the time to listen to me and help he said he would call me back let him look into it and call the roadside to see what happen and he did than he decided to send one of his sales people to pick my daughter and my self up and to leave the car and he got us another loner car from his sales floor and he really didnt have to take the time to do that because it was not his responsible to do that . i really appreciate him doing that i want to say ed voyles you really have a great manager robert baptiste working for you .... Hello , I will never go to another dealership besides Ed Voyles!!! I was going down the road last week and begin to get a flat tire and managed to get my car into a tire dealer and was scared to death!!! I called my Ed Voyles Service advisor and he had them put the on the spare tire and I got it to be into the dealership... he stayed on the phone with me the entire time! It was a frightening experience, but I felt so comfortable and comforted by the staff!!! Thank you to the entire staff of Ed Voyles!!! Lisa More

Over expensive For the wire harness part online cost on their website is $1100 including tax, but they charge me 1500 without tax ($1645 after tax), same for Starter For the wire harness part online cost on their website is $1100 including tax, but they charge me 1500 without tax ($1645 after tax), same for Starter part which is $248(including taxes) however i have been charged 345 +taxes and they says, if customer order online they get it for less, but here in service center it cost more. Do you really believe this? HORRIBLE CAR SERVICING If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would. I have had my Hyundai for almost 2 years now and each time that I have it serviced at this location my If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would. I have had my Hyundai for almost 2 years now and each time that I have it serviced at this location my experience gets worse. The first time I got my car serviced the service tech forgot all of the air seal caps for my tires, which caused me to have to go all the way back to get them. That was minor so I continued going... The second time I had my car service, the service tech rotated the tires. In order for him to do so he needed the bolts from underneath the layer in my trunk. When I picked up my car, all of the bolts were thrown in the trunk of my car and all of my belongs that were in my trunk were completely dismantled. The third time I had my car serviced the service tech did not bother to mention there was a nail in my tire, instead took the damaged tire from the back of the car and put it on the front. I rode around with a nail in my tire, unaware, for 3 months, causing me to put air in my tire 3 times a week. The last time I had my car serviced, 2/25/17, the service tech again forgot to put the caps back on my tires. Causing me to again, drive all the way back to Hyundai only for them to put caps on there from another vehicle, which caused the caps to be too small for my car. More

Ed Voyles ordered the part for me at my insistence so it would be waiting but it wasn't even needed. I went over today. There was a technical bulletin issued on how to reset the window. It was fixed in 30 minutes. I had spent 2 1/2 hours at the dealership in Charlotte and was misdiagnosed! First visit to Ed Voyles service department but not my last. Thank you Rob and crew. More

I could go somewhere closer to To me like Douglasville or Cartersville but I don't because Rob is the reason I am loyal to Ed Voyl and that's I buy my cars there 3 since 2004.
