Scary shuttle ride! I used the shuttle to get to work while my car was serviced. The driver was very unsafe in his driving. He was speeding and ignoring traffic signs (yi I used the shuttle to get to work while my car was serviced. The driver was very unsafe in his driving. He was speeding and ignoring traffic signs (yield & stop signs). Lastly, he used his cell phone while behind the wheel. I do not plan to use the shuttle again with the same driver. I called the service manager to make a note of this with him. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received a return call from the service manager. Shuttle driver - Jerry More
Total Frustration and Three Wasted Days!! Had my Kia Soul towed to Ed Voyles Hyundai on a Monday morning due to a flat tire. I asked them to look at the other tires and see if more than one wa Had my Kia Soul towed to Ed Voyles Hyundai on a Monday morning due to a flat tire. I asked them to look at the other tires and see if more than one was needed since they were looking rather worn. I also asked them to take a look at the brakes, and could they take care of the recall issue on the vehicle while it was there. I was told more times than I can count that I would get a call back "as soon as we know something." Well they obviously don't know anything as I never received a call back telling me what work was needed/what they were doing, or even when it was ready! It took 3 days to get a tire at a KIA DEALERSHIP. No one ever returned my calls. Not even to pay for the ONE tire only that they ordered! And of course they didn't bother to look at the car for my other requests. No one was helpful at the dealership. A huge disappointment. Since I might be moving to the area, I will certainly NOT be using this dealership again. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! More

I even get my oil changes done by Rob and his staff. I could go somewhere closer to Henry County, but Rob is the reason I am loyal to Ed Voyles. My car is still on the road because of the great care she has received over the years. Kudos to you, Rob Stover, from Miss Kim! More

My only disappointment was that the Live Chat person on the service website told me the dealership could perform an emissions test, and I learned when I arrived at the service department that they don't offer that service. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and they did a great job detailing my car. More
