One improvement suggestion...if allowing customers to schedule service online and leave messages, make sure someone can address the message. Not a big deal for me, and I could have called, but I went a day without a reply. Again, if it were important, I would have called. Not a show stopper. I'd definitely bring my car here for future repair service and would recommend to family. More

Poor customer service in the service department After waiting for 30 minutes upon arrival AND having an APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, when they finally took my car back I asked if this would be done in a After waiting for 30 minutes upon arrival AND having an APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, when they finally took my car back I asked if this would be done in a timely fashion (since I had already waited 30 minutes, even with an appointment. They asked what my definition of a 'timely fashion' was. I just asked for my car back and left. My time is valuable! That's why I made an appointment for a specific time. I run two businesses. I don't do this to my clients! I don't have time for this kind of customer service. More
