Bad communication My car was estimated to be ready on 8/2/18. I called two day ahead to see if they could give me a possible time for pick up. I was told that I was calling to far in advance and should wait on a email/phone call. The following day a called at 2:30, to see if I could get an updated. To my suprise, I was told that my car had been ready for a day now. I spent 60$ to get to school this day, when I could’ve pick up my car the day I called and was told that I was calling to far in advance. There should be a more efficient way to inform customers on the progress of their vehicles. More

Still Had Questions After the Service I was not sure why the fuel tank capacity reading on the gage has so different from my previous Sonata. It is supposed to hold 18 1/2 gallons, but I c I was not sure why the fuel tank capacity reading on the gage has so different from my previous Sonata. It is supposed to hold 18 1/2 gallons, but I cannot ever put in more than about 15 1/2 when the gage is only showing only a few miles left. When I went in to find out about the discrepancy, basically they told me that's the way it is, and for me that was not sufficient. More

computer update I had two door that were not unlocking. Plus there was a Hyundai directed campaign. One of the parts was not available so I waited for it. In all, about 2.5 hours and I have to go back because the part they thought was in stock, wasn't. If the computer update fixes the continuing air conditioning problem I have had, I will be very happy. More
