This was the worst service I’ve have ever had at this location. There is no communication between staff. They need to tell what is going and not lie. Went to Eddy's Toyota because of recall on the air bag system. Was very pleasantly surprised when it was finished to see that my car had also been washed and vacuumed. I scheduled an appointment to have a recall fixed on my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was greeted warmly by Omar as he checked in my vehicle. He said it would probably take a couple of hours to fix. I inquired ab 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was greeted warmly by Omar as he checked in my vehicle. He said it would probably take a couple of hours to fix. I inquired about a shuttle that could take me and my young daughter home to wait instead of waiting in the dealership. He kindly answered all my questions and scheduled me for a shuttle home and a shuttle back to the dealership when my car would be finished. That is when I met Sam- the driver of the shuttle. Such a nice young man. He took us home safely and picked us back up when my car was finished. Overall, this was a great experience and recommend the service department next time work is needed on your car. More
