I was very happy with Sedrick. He was polite, respectful, and patient throughout the process of reaching a contract agreement. He even filled up my new vehicle with fuel when I had to return because of financing issues. His customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was very different. Before coming to purchase the vehicle, I had already been pre-approved for a loan through my personal bank. Even though the finance team knew this, they encouraged me to go with another lender for a slightly lower interest rate. I agreed, but five days later I was contacted because that lender decided not to take the loan. I was then offered financing through a different lender at a higher interest rate, which turned out to be the same rate my own bank had already approved me for. In the end, I went through my bank, and they were able to match the lower interest rate that was originally offered. Everything worked out, but the process created a lot of unnecessary stress and extra work. While I am very impressed with Sedrick's service, I cannot say the same about my experience with the finance department. More
