Consumers need to know not to take their cars thru a car wash because if the cheap grill's peels they consider it an outside influence because of the pressurized wand and will not repair or replace it.. Oil Change My husband took my car in for an oil change which I had called and scheduled in advance. Long story short they talked my husband into a tire rotation. I did not schedule a tire rotation just an oil change. I called to complain and the lady told me to basically communicate with my husband better. Rude! More
Service Appointment I like the fact that I check in with the same person, Tim Brown, for every check up for my car. He is always professional but friendly. Plus, I feel I can trust his opinion and observations about what the car needs. So that is excellent. I think it is great that we are given an estimate of what everything will coast and how long it might take. That is a plus, I also like the fact that Eddy's T gives us a clean place to wait with beverages & snacks, some free & some you can pay for. That is a very nice touch. Some things I would like to see improvement on: Tell the Toyota workers to slow down when walking in the area where the customers wait. I almost ran into two of them when we were both coming around corners. Plus, the "pep rally" that I think the sales people had to sell more cars is not pleasant to listen to. The music is loud, the cheer leader was very loud and it seemed to go fir 30 min. I understand the purpose but give them another room to do it in, please. More
