Totally bull Ok so thesse xxxxxxx keep calling. Ask me to come in and look at a new tundra possibly lower payment. I finnally agree to look at one 10/22/16. I g Ok so thesse xxxxxxx keep calling. Ask me to come in and look at a new tundra possibly lower payment. I finnally agree to look at one 10/22/16. I get there guy was busy with anither customer. Ok no big deal. Talk with another guy to get going with the new truck. Comes back and offer was and still hi . Due to new truck cost. No big deal right? So i tell them no way i can do the deal. I said no quiet a few times. I want my keys back so i can go. Guy says what truck is mine. I'm like xxxx it is. So after a couple hours there repeated atemps to leave with the old truck fail. Makes me hosteage and pressure to buy the new truck. After awhile i finally cave in and take the new truck. With payments i really don't xxxxing want. Point of my story is don't bother to go they will only make you stay. If i ever have felt like being in a shark tank it is definitely there at eddys toyota If you go make sure not to give then your old keys until you are sure you get a new car. So my last experience with that dealership is the last ill ever do business with them. Its a shame that toyota tundra is a good truck for a xxxx hole of a dealership. Dont waste you time money or effort . More

lied to me ...and not very good at it...was so obvious. Wow! What a stereotypical experience. After numerous text messages from staff...yes that is right text messages....that is how we do business nowadays apparently, I was told they were sold. Then after I explained via TEXT that I was no longer interested in continued communication unless it was about my original two inquiries, I get a call! Yes apparently one of the cars was there. I set up a appointment that afternoon. After talking with 5 different sales people regarding the KIA being readied for a test drive...you guessed it it now sold again. Bait....I told them I was not going to take off work to car lot shop. I would only show up check out the two cars I saw. Stay the heck away from these losers. More
Lack of service I took my 2010 Prius n for routine maintenance to flush brakes and clean fuel injector. On on the way home I found that when I pushed the map button o I took my 2010 Prius n for routine maintenance to flush brakes and clean fuel injector. On on the way home I found that when I pushed the map button on my NAV system it changed my radio station. I took it back and because they couldn't make it do it told me there was nothing they could do. I called the Toyota headquarters and got a call back from a woman at Eddys in Wichita. She talked me into bringing it back and I just returned from that visit. Even though we set a specific time for a technician to look at it I found out that the only person capable of looking at the radio/NAV was currently unloading a truck and it would be 1 to 1- 1/2 hours before he could look at it. Two service reps looked at what it was doing and then said well the shop foreman is the only person who can look at it. Seems the only tech/service manager who could look at it is also the only person who knows how to unload a truck. More
