We went into the dealership with the idea of looking and "not buying" the rav 4. We were torn between two cars, the rav 4 and CRV. The story of our car buying experience starts with a 20 year old salesman whose goofy character, knowledge base and pure honesty laid the perfect foundation of our car buying experience. Then next was the negotiations, to some this might be the time where they leave the dealership in disappointment and disarray, this was not us. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in and the additional feature I wanted added to the car. Lastly came the paper work, putting all our words and thoughts into monetary action. Each step and paper that was signed was clearly and thoroughly explained, leaving nothing to want or be desired due to confusion. Each step on our journey that day was painless, exciting, knowledge filled and wonderful. I truly am thankful for the product we received both in car and personnel form! When i went to eddy's i didn't intend to get a different vehicle yet, and they help me understand some things with my current vehicle at the time. i left mad (Not at Eddy's and Not at the Saleman different vehicle yet, and they help me understand some things with my current vehicle at the time. i left mad (Not at Eddy's and Not at the Saleman he was very nice and friendly) - see my truck was included on my bankruptcy and wasn't suppose to be, but it was. So i left and called Suzuki and my attorney - they both said that it was included -and the truck is being picked up this week in fact. I came back that night, drove off the lot with a 2014 Scion XB. So i am so very greatful for everything, i would recommend Eddy's they are very friendly, pleasent,very helpful.
