I'm not sure I understand your question. I am sure you know how the finance operation works. They offer the customer 4 options - all represent upsells. None offer the terms that we agreed to prior to entering the finance office. The options are not explained at all - I was confused as at first I thought the monthly payment amount was the price of all the bells and whistles. When I realized it was the MONTHLY PAYMENT it was all I could to keep my cool - and I did. $660 vs $430 - figure that out at 60 payments. Like I said, you can't dance around the truth. The guy in the finance office tried to upsell us without explaining and the highest upsell would net Eddy's about $14,000. Obviously this works a fair amount of the time or they wouldn't do it. It's pure trickery. And it's not OK. You guys are experts and you are getting away with it. That needs to change.
