The car was a 2008 honda accord coupe. And how does giving the salesman name fix anything? I'm never going to get the car promised and I will continue to discourage people to go to Eddy's. What happened this past Sunday was the worst car buying experience i've ever had. Plenty of the salesman saw me sitting there for two hours. One even tried getting me to go home. They said they would call when my salesman shows up.

Where it broke down? It broke down the second my salesmen told me to come in and he wasn't there. I'm not returning there, ever! My salesman was Steven Young. If you think im over exaggerating i'm not. I've never left a car dealer feeling so disrespected.

Customer stated that his wedding ring and cologne were taken from his vehicle while it was being serviced. The Service Manager spoke with the customer and apologized sincerely for the incidents that had taken place. Service Manager checked vacuum filters to make sure the ring was not sucked into the machine, but nothing was discovered. Service Manager also questioned personnel and could not determine that employees took anything. One of the biggest issues is the time gap between when the customer got his vehicle serviced, and when he complained about the items that were missing. We again apologize and hope in the future incidents like this will not take place.
