Barbara (Sales) is a WONDERFUL person with a TON of knowledge pertaining to her job. If we ask her something she doesn't know... she will always find us the answer in a timely manner. I would recommend the dealership as far as Troy Werts is concerned. He was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time getting my financing through. I realize that my Toyota was old and had a lot of miles on it, but at a trade in of $300, they got a great deal. It was still listed in Kelly Blue Book for $1800. I know because I looked it up before we left. Another thing that really upset me was I just purchased a $13,000 vehicle which was sitting on EMPTY. The Toyota I just gave them was on FULL. I had almost 100 miles to go to get home. When I asked about getting some fuel, I got 1/4 of a tank. Really? Another thing about Jared is that when he helped to take the tag off the Toyota, he got his hands dirty which he complained about, alot. Well duh, when you live in the sticks surrounded by nothing but fields, there tends to be dirt. He was not impressive to me and I was really glad to get away from him. More

Mark Smith was wonderful to work with. No high-pressure and he was easy to work with. The reason I only rated customer service and my overall experience at a 4 is because when it came to financing, the ge and he was easy to work with. I didn't appreciate his attitude at all. However, I would recommend Mark Smith and Eddy's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. A dear friend of mine and her son both just purchased new cars from Eddy's and they are thrilled with thier purchases too. I love my vehicle and with the exception of the finance guy, I had a great experience with the dealership.
