This is the second vehicle I've purchased From Eddy's Toyota. The 1st 24 years ago '87 Camry and now an '11 Highlander. The old "sales" methodology kept me away for years. Today, when I've been given the facts that apply, confirm my own research, They gave the best price, and I make an informed decision. A fair price, without hours of haggling goes a long way, that's what Mark Smith gave me. I decide when to buy in or keep what I'm driving. Generally, Toyota makes very reliable vehicles, maintenance expenses for the long haul provide good return on the investment in per mile costs. The replacement parts are plentiful and economical from the dealership or aftermarket. Eddy's service department is well trained to get a job done quick and competitively priced.
