The buying experience was great. On the other hand I was lied to in financing with Troy. After it is all said and done I will never finance another car through a dealership. It is such as shame because this lied to in financing with Troy. After it is all said and done I will never finance another car through a dealership. It is such as shame because this dealership has such a great product but draws no line when it comes to getting what they want. I have seen that some others have had problems with them feel free to call the better business bureau I wasn't the first I am very sure based on their reaction that this occurs often. I was waiting on financing to go through on my new car and this dealership had my old car for over a month. I paid 7500 down on my new car and Troy promised me that if I went ahead and made my next car payment I would be credited back that money. However they did not do that. They took that last payment off the buy out and pocketed that 324 dollars. All I have to say that if Mike Stevens needs my 324 dollars that bad then keep it. All I know is that is a poor way to do customer service and if anyone wants to buy I recommend Jimmy Davis over at Subaru of Wichita. More

Purchased a used car today through our top notch sales rep Sheldon Sharp today. He was thorough without being over bearing. We negotiated a fair price without the tense undertones so frequent in the negotiating process of buying a car--which this is what keeps me from wanting to even shop for a car. The finance department was great with competitive rates and again without the high pressure sales atmosphere. The tone of the entire transaction was positive and I would return as a customer. They also offer service discounts on Tuesdays and for an added bonus give free manicure and pedicures and I will plan on using their service department for future needs. More

I went in to get my car fixed for a recalled part in my engine. After they completed their work, I hopped in my car and drove off. He was dressed very sharp and really had answers to every question we had... We were able to find a nice white jetta and Frank helped us negotiate a deal that we felt was a win/win.. He gave us close to what we were wanting for our daughters trade and relatively close to the payment we were looking for..
