Scheduled an appointment to come in for routine 20K mile maintenance on my company Rogue. I drove right into the service bay and was taken care of immediately. I was shown to a waiting area where I was able to work while I waited, and was out in an hour. The ability for the service staff to send text updates is available, as well.
