After I got my car, I was so excited to see that it exceeded my dreams. It had features over and beyond what I had thought which made getting it even more satisfying. Those things would be a DVD player, lights around the wood trim, the sunroof was twice the size I expected - wow nice, and manual shift. Leonard Throne also worked in a professional manner at all times. He was attentive yet also gave me my space during and after the sale. He assured me he was there to make this experience a pleasant and worry free one. Leonard delivered my new car clean, full of gas (and also my favorite XM radio station was playing). He also took all the time I needed to educate me on the features on the car and set up OnStar, Bluetooth, etc. He has followed up with me after the sale in a professional way. He has welcomed me to contact him at any time with additional questions or needs. I feel that Cadillac provides a worry free warrantee which I feel so secure with. The one thing I wish they or the dealership would add is a yearly inside detailing cleanup on the vehicle for the life of the warrantee as well. It always feels good when those nooks and crannies, leather, doors, and floor mats are looking new again. Thank you to Classic Chevrolet-Cadillac for making this experience a most pleasant one! We recently bought a car from Classic Chevrolet in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Randy Kahl was our salesman and he was fantastic to work with. We were literally at the dealership for over 6 hours waiting, waiting, and then waiting some more. After we signed all of the papers and drove home our new car, we of course had some questions come Monday morning. We called to get ahold of Nick Burge who was always with a customer or said he would "call us back" and never did. Then, we spoke with Kerry, the Finance Director. When I finally got her on the phone, she again pushed off our inquiry to the next day, giving us her extension and promising she would talk to us the next day. Shockingly, we have left voicemails and have gotten response (with no intention to call us back I'm sure). I will not go into the details of our inqiuries with them, but I will say that with each day that passes by with them not calling us back, our family is losing money. That is not what we were looking for in a car dealership. Classic Chevrolet made a sale and is not taking responsibility for their customers after the sale. Fortunately for them, they won't have to worry about this curious customer any longer. We will be taking our business to another, probably smaller, dealership who has time for the customers who have already purchased vehicles from them. I would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for financing from a dealership or if you are an inquisitive consumer. We are very disappointed. (And still waiting for the finance company to call us back - almost two months later.) More
All in all the overall experience was ok. On our initial visit, we were in a hurry, but wanted to get something started. Also, the night we made our purchase, we were rushed and were NOT well informed on several aspects. Once we agreed to purchase our vehicle, we were escorted to the Finance waiting room. We were there waiting for an hour, at least. We were at the dealership for over three hours, I thought we would've at least been offered something to drink. We had our kids with us & being there for as long as we were, we were never given the option for any acccomodations for them. I would've thought they could've gone to watch tv in the waiting area. We didn't know this area was there until we went back to wait. We have a few issues we still need taken care of with our vehicle. More

I guess he was super impressed will all the employees. When we got there my dad and I drove around the car lot and I was in heaven. Once the glitter was removed form my eyes and daddy told me I needed to get a used car I was mad. When we go to the used lot all I could see was nice cars. Not what I had excepted at all. When our nice sales man came to us he was funny and was totally on my side about getting what I wanted. I thought was gonna get a ugly used crapper. Well long story shot I got a cool 2009 bright orange HHR! I love my new car and will send all my friends to Classic, plus if my friend buys a car I get a check for 100$!!!!~ More
