My vehicle was in the shop for nine days, for brake repairs that probably took a few hours to complete. Nine! Then they tried to push ball joint repairs on me. I refused the repairs. But when I finally got my pickup back, I was getting alerts about another brake issue, which Edwards should seen and alerted me to. I then took my pickup to another shop. They fixed the brake issue, and told me the ball joints were fine. Their repairs cost me something like $1200 less than Edwards would have. And my problems are actually fixed. I'll never buy another new vehicle there, and I certainly won't ever spend more money at their shop. More
