I've purchased my last two silverados from Classic. Both experiences were exceptional with two different salesman. Most recently I worked with Ken Johnson and he did an excellent job. I had done my research online (another great tool provided by Classic) and knew what I wanted, but Classic once again surprised me with an even better deal than I expected. The Finance Dept. was also great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I have. Just after buying my first silverado I suggested them to a co-worker. A week later he had a silverado as well and was very pleased with his experience at classic. Just recently my wife asked me what I thought as a co-worker of hers was wanting a new vehicle. I suggested Classic and he purchased a vehicle last week from Classic. As long as Classic has what I want I intend to buy from them again in the future. Haley was very friendly, courteous and prompt. She was a pleasure to work with and negotiating wasn't painful as I expected. I would recommend Classic-Chevrolet Cadillac to my friends and anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. I have never been treated so respectfully at a car lot before. After I purchased the car, they spent alot of time going over the new car with me to make sure I knew how to use everything on it. David, the manager, came out and talked with us and installed my phone to bluetooth, registered me with OnStar and OnStar online. I have never had a sales person care about me that much, and to have someone who sits up on the high desk come down and show me that he really cares about the sale was a pleasant experience. My husband was with me the whole time and he talked with other sales people out there and really enjoyed them. He will be back to get his new Cadillac there and we will probably never go anywhere else. We have to drive about 25 minutes to get there but it is worth it. The car dealerships that are very close to our house could take some lessons from Classic on how to treat people if you want there business. I went back out the next day to deliver an extra key I had for my old vehicle and when I walked in some who I had not talked to during the purchase greeted me with "Hello Mrs. Merritt, how can we help you. Very Impressive and very nice. I have also enjoyed Amanda. I have received a Thank You from her for my business. I have NEVER received that in the past. I highly recommend Classic-Chevrolet Cadillac. My only requirement for Dave was to get my payments less than the car I was currently paying on. He worked with the finance department and got our monthly payment to be $110.00 less than I was already payi than the car I was currently paying on. The service I got was friendly enough but after seeing the adds in the news paper and on TV I feel that I didn't get a very good deal. Once everything was laid out for a informed decision he walked us through all of the necessary steps and options with great patience. We visited several other local dealers including one just down the street from Classic Chevrolet that I would never recommend them to anybody as they outright lied about their competition and various options available on thier vehicles as compared to the Chevrolet models we had looked at. The sales staff at Todd Archer was so pushy and misinformed that as much as I wanted to keep my dollars in my own community and state, I would walk any and everywhere if they were the last dealership on earth. Maybe the sales staff at that particular dealership just down the road could learn a thing or two about customer service from John Van Leuven and the staff a Classic Chevrolet. Both my Daughter and Granddaughter have been mulling around the option of purchasing new vehicles for the both of them in the near future and I am positive they will be turning to Classic Chevrolet for their New Car shopping needs based on my overall experience with John Van Leuven Thanks For A Great Experience! Well to start off i looked on the internet at your wed site at your selection of the type of car i was looking for . we drove up to your car lot and Richard promply and kindly intoduced himself to us and site at your selection of the type of car i was looking for . we drove up to your car lot and Richard promply and kindly intoduced himself to us and asked if we would like anything to drink . after that we sat down and talked about what we where looking for. after a few minets of talking he whent and picked out a car , we test drove it for about 20 min . after the test drive we knew we wanted a 2011 impala, we just had to find the right 1 . we planed on getting a dark grey are silver 1, but after a wile Richard come up and said i have 1 i want you to just look at , i told him i did not want red! but Richards brought up 1 that is called firce jewl, yes its kinda red but i fell in love with the color at first sight!!! I would like to thank clasic for hireing a employe like Richards, he did the best job of any sales person i have ever seen, and for that i will allways refer my fam and friends to him and clasic. More
