i called the dealership about a truck i had seen on the internet website so i thought that i would give them a call. i ended up talking to Nate Harris and so i ended up going to look at the truck. when i g internet website so i thought that i would give them a call. i ended up talking to Nate Harris and so i ended up going to look at the truck. when i got there the truck was missing one option that i was looking for, nate asked me everything that i wanted in a truck so i explained to him everything i wanted. i asked him if he had something else on the lot that i was looking for and he went and talked to his boss came back and said i have one that you are looking for. took me to the truck, looked around it, went for a test drive and came back. i liked the truck so well that we went forward with the sale. we talked numbers and finally came to an agreement with what would work for me. His hard work trying to get me in the truck was awesome. Nate was very honest with and he never pushed me to try and purchase the truck like anyone else i have ever delt with. it was the best expierence i have had with purchasing a vehicle. i would recommended everyone going to this dealership and hopefully have the opportunity to work with Nate Harris. I got a new truck in September from Classic and only had a few hundred miles on it When I got hit by a truck and was totaled out. After I was able to get around I went to Classic to buy again. Great used car for the price. James was helpful in getting us in the vehicle we wanted. We test drove the vehicle with the fuel tank on empty and James seemed like we were putting him out when we ask getting us in the vehicle we wanted. We thought it was just commen sence to sell a vehicle with fuel in it?? Furthermore, we were told, while we were in finance, the car was being detailed. If running the vehicle through the car wash is detailing, then I must have misunderstood. We observed the same dirty handprint on the inside of the passenger side door, there was dust on the dash and stearing collumn and the carpets and seats were not vaccumed. I was hoping, since we paid asking price for the used vehicle, that we would at least drive off the lot in a detailed vehicle. I was a little disapointed with that. We did receive a second key in the mail approximatley a week later, which was nice. My overall feeling is that, we are happy with the vehicle and service from James; however, we would have appreciated it if the vehicle would have been cleaner inside. I would have expected since we paid $16K for the vehicle that maybe the carpets could have been shampooed, the dash wiped down and the seats vaccumed. Thank you. More

My husband and I were and are very satisfied with our experience at the Classic Cheverolet Dealership and with our sales person, Richard Roberts. The were very easy to talk to and most importantly we did not feel "harrassed." The staff there was extrememtly knowledgeable and friendly. Our experience was great and so much so that my best friend since high school asked about our vehicle and experience and we recommended it and them to her and her husband. They are going to buy a new Traverse as well from Classic Cheverolet and hopefully Richard Roberts before the end of the year. He truly went above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone.
