After going in to see if we could trade in our vehicle for a different car, we were told that we had too much negative equity at the time. The fact that he didn't just forget about us and put the time and extra effort into helping us was greatly appreciated. This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to Classic to take care of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in someone else's demo until they could figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to David he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and David also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anything and everything to help me.
