3 Hour Fix Took 6 Hours Went in for two recall items: wiper link and rear parking break. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take 3 hours, 4 at the most. I scheduled my appointment and worked the timing out with my job. After working at a nearby a Starbucks for 3 hours, I came back to the dealership to wait out the remainder of my time which I was told would be an hour at most. The 4-hour mark came and went and I wasn’t given an update. I asked the front desk girl, who was visibly watching YouTube at her desk, if she had any updates - she knew nothing. At the 5-hour mark, a female from the service dept came to tell me my car was going to be done “soon.” I asked What the holdup was and she didn’t danced around the subject. By the time the 6-hour mark hit. I decided to walk out to the garage area to investigate for myself and guess what? There’s my car, finished. It had been sitting there for who knows how long and nobody even bothered to tell me. I went to go claim my keys from the service dept and the same female who didn’t have an update for me earlier didn’t apologize but instead, said she was at lunch. I asked why nobody else could’ve came and got me. She had no answer. More

Review Took my car for an airbag recall. Was replaced but had my AC vent broken out of its place had to get it "fixed" still isn't. And now my car alarm was Took my car for an airbag recall. I have to go back waste my time for something that was not to be messed with and be told the tech didn't touch the alarm when of course they'll say no to cover them self. So no I would not go back to visit. More

Excellent Service I really like the people who work at this dealership. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable when I go there. I originally went to El Cajon Mitsubishi for a smog check, so I could get my 2015 Outlander Sport registered in San Diego. They did the smog check and also recommended that I get my rear brakes done. They gave me a really reasonable quote. That was last year. This year I needed a weird part for my drivers side door. After fixing that, they recommended some important maintenance. They told me what was most important. Being on a tight budget, the discounts on parts and labor was really appreciated. I came back a couple of weeks later and had the rest of the recommendations done. They again gave me discounts on the parts and labor. More

Michael Rush - ultimate customer service pro We bought a Porsche Panamera from Mitsubishi dealership a year ago. Since then, he’s been always welcoming with our questions or concerns. Yesterday, We bought a Porsche Panamera from Mitsubishi dealership a year ago. Since then, he’s been always welcoming with our questions or concerns. Yesterday, I accidentally ran over a metal thing on the 125 S fwy. It pierced the rear driver side tire. I reached out to Mike because I had custom tires on the Porsche and had no clue where to get fixed. Mike had just got home from work and he immediately came to where I was on the fwy. He called his connection at JTW and was able to get the tire replaced at the end of the day. I was relieved and extremely thankful that Mike took time out of his personal day and rescued me. He could’ve easily ignore my call and my tire would not have been fixed till Monday. Thank you very much Mike for your quick response and making sure we were taken care of before leaving. We recommend all our friends and family to him. More
