I bought a car from Mike Rush and it was hands down the best car buying experience I've had to date. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the cars, but the entire inventory on the lot (which they have A LOT of), and it was obvious his objective was to get me in the car I wanted and was best for me, not just to make a sale. Mike is just really pleasant and helpful to work with, there's no other way to put it, and made the usual stressful task of buying a new car a breeze. After the sale was made, Mike sat in the car with me for an hour going over all of the features, and even tested me on some to make sure I got it all! If he hadn't, I probably would have driven off the lot never knowing half of what the car did. Mike also walked me to the service department and introduced me to Sarah and Monica who are in charge of setting up the appointments for vehicle maintenance. Both of them welcomed me with a great attitude and offered me a free oil change. (free car wash included on every service btw).
He truly went far above and beyond the call and duty, and I HIGHLY recommend giving him a call if your thinking about getting a Mitsubishi. I'll definitely be a return customer!
