Bad lights I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. Repair interior My wife came in to get our brand new car sunglass holder fixed that fell out but it is still loose. It fell out and hit her while driving. The rep said the opening where it was is cut too big that's why it fell out. I think it needs to be repaired so it doesn't fall out again. It is still loose especially since we haven't had car hardly two months. I think this falls on Mitsubish's quality control and should be resolved. I will wait for your reply and resolution. Easy no hassle appointment I went in because liquid was spilled on my shifter and it was making it stick and become unaligned with the rest of the unit, also the sensor inside w I went in because liquid was spilled on my shifter and it was making it stick and become unaligned with the rest of the unit, also the sensor inside would not acknowledge when the shifter would change and would not display on my dash. I did not have an appointment but the service manager ordered my part and call me a couple days later to replace the whole part out. I was able to get a ride from the shuttle and it was replaced in a shorter time than I thought! Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful and nice. I appreciated everyone making my visit as easy as possible. My car was beautifully washed and ready for me when I got back and it was even covered under warranty! Thanks to the whole team who did a great job. I recommend this location for any of your needs you might have. I’m incredibly happy with their service. More
Above and Beyond I was having trouble starting my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross so called Bob in service at El Cajon Mitsubishi. He was sensitive to my work schedule I was having trouble starting my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross so called Bob in service at El Cajon Mitsubishi. He was sensitive to my work schedule and did everything he could to get my car looked at. He was even prepared to come pick up my car at my work on Monday so I wouldn't miss work. There was a cancellation for service on Sat., so Bob called me and I came down at 2. The service rep was very thorough and checked everything out and addressed all my concerns and did his best to resolve all my issues. Outstanding service from both employees! I'm confident that my car and I will be well taken care of for any service issues I have so long as these team members are still with El Cajon Mitsubishi More
