I did my homework and found used vehicle online , walked- in for Saturday test drive. We were greeted within 10 minutes on the lot and driving immediately with properly masked, Informed and friendly sales re in for Saturday test drive. Not entirely perfect experience for a few reasons- the process took almost 5 hours , there is no complimentary beverage / snack options (which would help immensely the stress of such an important decision), and as I was handed the keys with detailed vehicle after sealing the deal , they couldn’t give me promised fuel because a new employee had broken the fuel card by mistyping the code so many times, it was cancelled. So we left the lot on 1/4 tank of gas. Both ladies who helped me were wonderful to work with- Sales & Financing! Very clean, organized & modern dealership with plenty of awards for sales and service. More

The service here is outrageous. I bought my Civic in for an A1 service at 11 am. Service Adviser Andrea told me that the car will be ready in 3 hours. At 1.30pm I texted Andrea and was told that they were working on it.... that "working on it" turned out to be another 3 hours. I finally was able to pick up the car at 5.30pm. I complained expecting a courteous apology. but instant, Andrea became furious and rudely told me i have no right to complaint and rudely told me to go other places if I am not happy with them.... Andres attitude was totally unprofessional. he is a shame to Honda. I sweared never to come back to this dealership again. More
