The service here is outrageous. I bought my Civic in for an A1 service at 11 am. Service Adviser Andrea told me that the car will be ready in 3 hours. I told him I will wait in the I bought my Civic in for an A1 service at 11 am. Service Adviser Andrea told me that the car will be ready in 3 hours. I told him I will wait in the lobby. At 1.30pm I texted Andrea and was told that they were working on it.... that "working on it" turned out to be another 3 hours. I finally was able to pick up the car at 5.30pm. I complained expecting a courteous apology. but instant, Andrea became furious and rudely told me i have no right to complaint and rudely told me to go other places if I am not happy with them.... Andres attitude was totally unprofessional. he is a shame to Honda. I sweared never to come back to this dealership again. More
