I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until nearly 12:30 pm. I was told that it would take about 1-1.5 hours to complete the service. After rotation. Got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until nearly 12:30 pm. I was told that it would take about 1-1.5 hours to complete the service. After that hour and a half went by the service advisor should have been commuting with me about what my status was on my vehicle. I shouldn’t have to go ask them. Things like that make me not want to come back. More

It took about two hours to get my Lugnuts changed on my truck and tire rotation, which was a little longer than I expected but happy with the service representative. I don’t recall getting a lug nut key w truck and tire rotation, which was a little longer than I expected but happy with the service representative. I don’t recall getting a lug nut key with the truck which cost me money. More
