I had a 7:30am appointment for oil change my truck sat in the service check in bay till 9:00am. At 9:50 I ask about my truck I walked out back and it was parked. I told the service advisor and he brought the the service check in bay till 9:00am. At 9:50 I ask about my truck I walked out back and it was parked. I told the service advisor and he brought the truck to the front. I checked out at 10:02am. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change is unacceptable. More
